Thank you for choosing Luminous Loom. We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted products and excellent service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple 60-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

60-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 60 calendar days of the purchase date. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Original Tamper Evident Seal Intact
  • In original packaging with any included accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email customerservice@luminousloom.us with your order details.
  2. Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Package your item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outside.
  4. Ship the return using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

No restocking fees apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

  • Opened or used skincare or personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at customerservice@luminousloom.us with clear photos. We'll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item separately.
