60-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 60 calendar days of the purchase date. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Original Tamper Evident Seal Intact
  • In original packaging with any included accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email customerservice@luminousloom.us with your order details.
  2. Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Package your item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outside.
  4. Ship the return using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

No restocking fees apply.

Rückgaben werden innerhalb von 60 Kalendertagen ab Kaufdatum akzeptiert. Die Artikel müssen sein:

Wie Sie eine Rückgabe einleiten

  1. Senden Sie eine E-Mail an customerservice@luminousloom.us mit Ihren Bestelldaten.
  2. Nach Genehmigung erhalten Sie eine Rücksendenummer (RA) und Anweisungen.
  3. Verpacken Sie Ihren Artikel sicher und markieren Sie die RA-Nummer deutlich auf der Außenseite.
  4. Versenden Sie die Rückgabe mit einer verfolgbaren Versandmethode. Die Rücksendekosten trägt der Käufer.

Erstattungen

Sobald wir Ihre Rücksendung erhalten und geprüft haben, erhalten Sie eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail. Wenn genehmigt, wird eine vollständige Rückerstattung innerhalb von 10 Werktagen auf Ihre ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode veranlasst. Die Bearbeitungszeit kann je nach Bank variieren.

Terugbetalings- en Retourbeleid (Nederland)

Bedankt voor uw keuze voor Luminous Loom. We streven ernaar hoogwaardige handgemaakte producten en uitstekende service te bieden. Als u niet volledig tevreden bent met uw aankoop, bieden wij een eenvoudig retourbeleid van 60 dagen voor uw gemoedsrust.

Let op: Klanten in Nederland zijn volledig verantwoordelijk voor eventuele invoerrechten, belastingen (BTW), en douanekosten die van toepassing kunnen zijn bij internationale verzendingen vanuit de Verenigde Staten. Deze kosten zijn niet inbegrepen in de prijs of verzendkosten van uw bestelling.

Retourtermijn van 60 dagen

Retourzendingen worden geaccepteerd binnen 60 kalenderdagen vanaf de aankoopdatum. Artikelen moeten zijn:

  • Met intacte originele verzegeling
  • In originele verpakking met eventuele bijgevoegde accessoires

Hoe een retour aanvragen

  1. Stuur een e-mail naar customerservice@luminousloom.us met uw bestelgegevens.
  2. Na goedkeuring ontvangt u een Retourautorisatienummer (RA-nummer) en instructies.
  3. Verpak uw artikel veilig en vermeld het RA-nummer duidelijk op de buitenkant.
  4. Verzend de retourzending via een traceerbare methode. De verzendkosten voor retourzending zijn voor rekening van de koper.

Er worden geen herbevoorradingskosten in rekening gebracht.

Restituties

Na ontvangst en inspectie van uw retourzending ontvangt u een bevestigingsmail. Als de retour wordt goedgekeurd, ontvangt u binnen 10 werkdagen een volledige terugbetaling op uw oorspronkelijke betaalmethode. De verwerkingstijd kan variëren afhankelijk van uw bank.

Beschadigde of Defecte Artikelen

Ruilen

Om een product te ruilen, retourneert u het originele artikel voor een terugbetaling en plaatst u afzonderlijk een nieuwe bestelling voor het gewenste artikel.
