60-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 60 calendar days of the purchase date. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Original Tamper Evident Seal Intact
- In original packaging with any included accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email customerservice@luminousloom.us with your order details.
- Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Package your item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outside.
- Ship the return using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
No restocking fees apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
